Hello,
We have an Inter-Tel Axxess system 5.x. I am trying to setup the fax capabilities to send incoming faxes on a particular DID to an email address. First off, how do I verify that I have the correct hardware/options to do this?
Second, how do I set this up?
Thanks!

First and most important your vm needs to be a Win NT or Win 2000 vm. If you are running OS/2 or and EVMC then you cannot utilize unified messaging.

Then all you need to add is Unified Messagening to your system, program it and you will be up and running. ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications
