I really hope someone here can help me with this.
We have a toll free number that terminates to a DID. That DID is set up as a secondary extension on 12 Relationship Manageer phones. They want to be able to have a second person connect to the same call after it has already been answered. They do not want to transfer or establish a conference call.
Is anything like this possible? We have an Axxess 9.002.

Put user who answers phone in a hunt group, and have all who would want to monitor it, as a supervisor of hunt group, and they use the monitor feature code to monitor it (321 I think). ------------------ Voice and Data Cabling in DFW, [email protected] DnR Communications
