I recently upgraded a customer from 6.0 to 9.002. Since the upgrade, fax on demand is no longer working. In the CRA option 0 is set to select fax document but when you press 0 in says invalid option, if I change 0 to go to an extension or anything else besides fax on demand it transfers properly. The VM they have is an NT VM. Does anybody have any ideas?
