Which system do I need for my callers to hear their Queuing Position like:
You are currently caller number 2 ..
and when their next:
Your call is now first in line etc.
Meaning call position. I currently have TVA50 with KX824 and I'm unable to have the callers hear their Queuing position. What do you advise?

The TVA has that option. Call queue announcement it is disabled by default

Does It Really tell you what position of the Queue you are in ?
does tva know who is parked in disa queue ??

only if you set group to busy if all are on the phone and the tva handles the queue. it works ok but other than that you would have to get a external call sequencer

I have have never set a tvs/tva to use auto attendant or try to queue calls with it seems like a huge resource hog if you had a full blown tva200 with 16 ports on it it may be useful ....

yes 2 lines 2 ports then after that an engaged signal to outside party that works.
