I have a Merlin ledgen with corporate key voice voice mail system. One of the ext. 34 when i call it from outside using AA will go to mail box after the 3 rings which we have it set to when dial ext. 34 will go to mail box after 3 rings which it should. But when they call the private number it will say please wait and I will transfer you to the operator after 3 rings. Cant figure out where the problem might be.I checked the voice mail settings and they are ok. Thanks

you need to assign the prinipal user for the private number.
