Was hoping someone could help. Just took over admin of a small Inter-Tel system. Everything was set up, but would like to enable remote call forwarding of a single DID when I am out of the office (to another extension, or to my cell phone).
The only access I have remotely is through the modem.
Is there any way to enable a remote dial-in access to enable/disable call forwarding?
Thanks!
WW

To do this remotely you need to set a trunk up as DISA and then use feature code 359 (remote programming) to enable the forwarding to what ever destination you would like.

Thank you for the response!
Are there DIY instructions on how to set up a trunk as DISA in the database program?
I see references in the manual to this but no step-by-step instructions.
Thanks for any help,
WW
