Starting last week, when users are in voicemail and choose Options, there is no voice prompt - just silence. They can still choose any of the valid options and the system continues to voice those lower level prompts. Manual says it is message 69, file OPTNMENU.VOI. How can I restore that one system prompt? AndyL Member Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 25 Amesbury MA	I have bigger problems than I originally thought. I pulled the compact flash card from the Debut and looked at it on a PC. There are only 187 files in the C:\VM\P directory and the manual lists 316 prompts, so I am missing more than one (the OPTNMENU.VOI is there, but it must be corrupt). Also ran a CHKDSK on the CF card and it claims to have fixed errors, but no change in operation once all back together. I am lucky the voicemail is working as well as it is, for now. Does anyone sell a replacement CF card loaded with all the right files? Version 8.5.11B is marked on the 64Mb CF card. Also I'm looking for a backup Debut for when this one fails completely.
