Have a cust. that wants to CFE his DID. Here is how it has been setup by another tech. DID comes in and rings a PHDN(594) on 2 phones. (401&402) 401 is the owner of the PHDN. There have been 2 buttons setup, one for the #60119number# and one to cancel #6051. Problem is after seting Call FWD EXT. I call the DID and it just rings his DN-401. Any ideas? Or another way to get this done.
Thanks, Tracy

If the user is call forwarding to the same number, a CF-All key would be better. The user can toggle it like a DND key.

You must first press the PhDN button on ext.401 and then press the #60119number# button.

Yes this is how they are doing it. PHDN first then the CF button. Just rings the 401 DN, but the display says call forward external

So if you call the DID without call forwarding, it rings the Phantom (594), but when you set the CF-External it rings to the primary DN 401?
