No instructions or help screen.

Yes, put your voicemail into back up mode via the menu system which will take it offline. Then run the utility which should be pretty self explanatory. If you choose to back up messages it could take a long time but it works great. Then using DM or IT Tools, restart your voicemail. If you need more of a blow by blow let me know.
