My dial 9 for outside line has not worked in quite a while. I tried to do something tricky dealing with LCR and a phone card a while ago where I assigned 9 to LCR and tried to have it dial a phone card number first and insert the dial number after it. Anyway, that is besides the point.

The point is that I lost the ability to dial 9 and access trunk 701 so currently I have to dial 701 for an outside line.

Can someone point me to the MMC# that will allow me to assign the number 9 to trunk 701?

Thanks.

MMC603 but you first have to go back to MMC724 and fix 9 to be the trunk group option.

Let us know if you can't do that and we can help further.
