Morning All
Have a TDE100 v5 w/ a TVA200 v3.11 set up as a call center. Using DISA message for the que messages.
We want to give a person in que an "out" option to leave a msg for callback.
I can get it as far as the mailbox for the ICD group number but no further. Would like to get it to an individual mailbox, no the ICD group box.
Have set the ICD box to go to CCR instead of the leave message prompt, using a wireless extension w/ CFAC to vm but it still stops at the ICD box.

if you dil the line to a wireless extension and fwd that extension to the icd group, if the press 1 to leave a message is set to vm, it will go to wireless extension mailbox

Create an "Extension Group" in the voicemail that includes the extension for the individual mailbox and the ICD group DN. Point that users mailbox to the extension group DN instead of their actual DN.
