Hi, i have SMT-i5243 IP Phone, i´m trying to change the ip address from the phone, it ask me a password, i type 1234, and shows me ip configuration, but i cant change it, some help please

From the settings menu (soft key under LCD) you can change all the settings (phone ip, system ip, vlan settings, etc)
network info is just that, info you can't change it from there

You change it from the phone, i can't remember exactly what buttons your press.
I have emailed you the userguide which tells you howto setup the phone.
