Hi,
I am looking for help to try an determine what has failed in a Partner Mail VS.

I have a Partner Mail VS that "failed" two days ago. I have not been on site. I am told that the RED LED is staying lit after cycling the power off and then back on. There are no services availabe from the Partner Mail as it has not

Whent the RED LED stays lit how do we know if it's the Module or the Mailbox Expansion Card that has failed?
Is there any way to know?

OR should I just repalce the Partner Mail and Mailbox expansion?

THanks in advance BOb

It's a hard drive failure. The expansion card is probably fine.
