That sounded confusing , I have a 7200s set up with an OAS card 1 IP phone on the local lan, TDM phones, and 6 Remote IP phones across a wan. Everything works except remote IP phone intercom to remote ip phone intercom. Any ideas

I had simmilar problem on OS100 some time ago. I think that changing "Pub to Pub" from "Not Use MGI" to "Use MGI" in MMC 840 helped. Not sure if you have this option on newer systems. Which is the version of SW?

I'd try
2.1.2 Configuration / LAN Parameter Private with Public and put in your public IP
2.1.5 Configuration / System Options MPS Service = Off

Check your gateways. I had a client with 3 locations (KSU and 2 other remote locations) The KSU location could talk to the IP phones at either remote location, but the 2 remote locations could not talk to each other. I found that I had to convert one location to connect via the Public IP address (using a different gateway than the VPN) and once these IP phones were updated, the remote locations had 2 way audio to each other. The audio channels could not traverse the two firewalls.
Thank you!

IP phone to IP phone on the same system will try to send the speech data direct between them (ie NOT via the MGI/OAS card). Whereas IP to TDM will always use the MGI/OAS card.
If you have multiple remote ip phones registered publicly then you will get this.
As Hofman Telecom said on the old systems (and <4.4x OS7000) there was a setting that made remote ip phones use MGI channels to talk to each other.
How are your remote phones connected? via VPN? are they all at the 1 site or multiple sites?
I do also have a recolection of this exact problem being mentioned by a tech from another samsung dealer i was talking to a while ago, not sure if it got resolved or not
