Hi
Is there any way to reboot an inter-tel cs5000 using either the webpage or using an ssh session?
I've looked through all available options on the web and the command line and don't see it as a possibility.
A bit annoying when the box thinks it has an open database connection (which it doesn't) so you can 't reset it through that route and physical access to the box is required.
Thanks
Cammy

How long has the socket connection been locked up? I've had them clear when the system does a back-up database save overnight.

It's been locked up all weekend. An ssh connection into the command line and running the "netstat -t -n | grep 44000" command shows that it thinks there are three established connections to a pc. The PC has long since released the connections but the box has not.
There are no commands available through the command line (such as tcpkill) to kill the existing db connections on 44000.
I've just had to do a soft shutdown using the front panel.
Cheers
Cammy
