We've had to replaced an analog Dispatch with a digital Dispatch on an old Triad 3 system. It has a bunch of single line phones with MW lites.
Can't seem to get the MW indication to work on the SLTs
Any help??
Thanks

So if I understand you correctly, you had an analog Dispatch and you replaced it with a digital one?
If so, have you made sure that all of the analog station ports that were marked as voice mail ports in flash 65 have been removed? Have you also made sure that all digital ports on the new Dispatch have been added in flash 65?
Have you made sure that all of the digital ports serving the digital Dispatch are on the same digital station card?
Aside from these settings, I can't think of anything else at this point. It would probably be best to do a backup of the system's database, default it and remove the existing analog voice mail ports. Default again and then add the digital VM ports back in.
