Just need some help with regards to a Toshiba Strata DK 424 system. The client recently had VoIP service installed for dial tone and ever since the phone system has been doing strange things.
One of the weirdest is that the main reception phone periodically call 304, 306 or 308 which I beleive is the VM auto attendent.
Can anyone suggest what could be the problem

If you call 304, 306 or 308 does the VM answer, that would be a start?

You could be getting some phantom ringing from the VOIP company.

Does the VM answer all the calls or the main reception phone?

What other things does it do?

Details are kinda lacking here for us to help you.

Are you using RCOU/RCOS line cards? There are some issues when using PCOU line cards.

in voip services, they maybe configure a voimail to, and in case of busy line on customer side, did they call-foward to the voip provider? & from them get back to free customer lines?
in programming, the sytem can not call himself,
in trunk programming ,check the new lines you added & like DIT do, where those line ring? in voicemail should be good
