Hi, guys..needs some help troubleshooting here. I have 3 SV8100s that I have setup with CCIS. On SV8100A I have all the IP phones reporting to with extensions 11xx, 13xx, 14xx...etc. SV8100B has ext 12xx and SV8100C has ext 25xx. I have no problem calling between the switches..However, if I am at X1701 and call x1501(which are on the same switch) it rings and they pick up but no voice passes...any ideas?

Hi Shane.
I'm going to post your last email to me hoping that someone else may have come Across this problem and has a solution..
"I have those paulw. The extension dial great from switch to switch but now the IP phones that are all on one switch can no longer dial each other. Not sure if it is in my numbering plan or not. "
Regards,
Paul W Now back to a 0 day week. Love these 7 day weekends.

I am starting to think that it is somewhere on the VPN that is setup from site to site. Have the network admin checking it now.
