We have a DKT3014-SDL phone and i cant see the correct keys in emanager under
assignments -> ext -> key.
I actually see two rows of 10 in emanager - this phone has two rows of 7 - and none of the keys match up to what is programmed?
also even on my 10 button phones i see the same "DKT" button configuration in emanager - only we use the LEFT SIDE of the button layout in emanager.
any idea how to program some of the keys on a DKT3014-SDL in emanager?
Thanks!

If you kept the default of 20 buttons, then you could program the bottom 7 keys on each side.
I almost always leave phones at 20 buttons for any phone types. One advantage to kepping them at 20, is being able to easily copy keys from one phone to another.
