Would like to have the ability to dial an extension from the Auto Attendant that transfers to an external number. 1st hurdle with the SM box is that I am told it cannot perform a hook flash on the CO Line. OK, so looks like we will have to do a tandem CO line connection. No problem so far except the SM seems to act the same in both the supervised and non-supervised modes. It calls out but only waits 3 rings before announcing to the caller that the user is unavailable and prompts to record a message. Also, after dialing the external number it immediately plays a prompt to dial # to accept the call. Need to increase this timer or perform a true blind transfer. Any ideas?
