an unattendend transfer and a hang and the 2 outside parties are still connected is only going to work if you have Intellidial and assumed dial 9 on the lines its a unattended conference and if you dial a long distance number they could talk for an hour and it would be on the customers nickle if you dont have intelidail or = to. the most you can have on the four plain jane pots biz lines in your case is 4 calls ...S

I believe Davalar is correct. You can't put flash in console but you can manually.

Console as in UMPC? If so I use that to program the buttons using F for flash and P for pause and T for transfer. For instance I just got some new SIP trunks at my office and was having issues with EFA and SIP Trunks. Got in touch with tech support and figured out you have to do this sequence T*61xxx-xxxx# works great for me, put these on the DSS/BLF for the receptionist so she can one touch to techs cell phones. ClearFly SIP not sure if it works with others, also need to change some settings in SIP set up.
