Greets. Nice new look.
I have a little bit of a query here.
I was just called by one of my users saying the unanswered calls from reception go into the General Reception Mailbox, but it should really be going into the main system, offering the possibility to the called to manually put in the extension of the person he wishes to get a hold of, etc.
I'm not a 100% sure as to where this should/would be located at, so any pointers will be useful.
Type - CIX100 : ACTU Version - AR3.10 MK053.00 iES32 VM System
If there is any other information you might need, let me know.
Thanks.

All ringing is changed by programing in the DID. For me the solution would be to create a Multiple call group, add the reception extension, and change the DID (you seem to have a PRI based on previous posts) to ring to this MCG with no VMID or a VMID that does not correspond to an actuall mailbox on the system (A previous tech liked to use 666). The calls would be sent to the default mailbox 990.
Some people like to use a Phantom extension on a phone with a VMID of a non existant voicemail and set the DID to this phantom instead of the reception phone. I would not do this for a PRI.
