I just changed my 8520 (non IP) to a 8690 IP phone. If I press outgoing, it automatically dials 299(voicemail). How do I change this? Also is there a way to add more keymaps? My 8520 had a whole bunch (2 of which i had set as one touch buttons for frequent extentiosn i dial, and that allowed me to see when that extention was on the phone.) But we also have 4 "Parks" which the receptionists will place calls on hold to and i need to retrieve, but as of now i don't have any way to do that since i can't hit "Answer" and then the respective "park" button.
Thanks for any advice Andy

Keymaps Andy! Your labeled Outgoing is really Voicemail in S/W. change it and you'll be fine. Max-# of keymaps are hard set on all desktops.

I still never fixed this issue... in DB Programming there is no 8690 keymap. And i'm not sure if that would effect this 8690 software. Is there a programming somewhere on this phone that maps all they keys to feature codes?
Thanks!
