This is one of the few things I do not have and that is a web site of my own. So, been practicing learning Css style sheets and installed a really great development tool called Aptana.
Other then the fact that I am doing this on my own would anyone recommend a reasonably priced website developer ?

Are you looking for someone to make a good looking site? I would just look at designers work and see if you like the look of their work. It's also helpful for the designer to build the site so it works well with SEO techniques...You can have a beautiful site but if no one can find it..it's worthless.
Try searching Google for 'website development' and look through the sites. I personally don't know of any per say site builders. I can build a site but I'm no developer what so ever.

I go for developers. Of course, I would also try to do research as to who can offer the best "website" at the most reasonable price. SEO's important for me too. So I look for like a developer who is likewise knowledgeable with SEO.
