I have a customer with an Inter-tel Axxess 8.235 that had remote messaging notification to pagers. This was working fine until just recently. I've checked all my programming and it all appears to be correct. I still have one mailbox that it still works for and have changed the pager number on it and it does in fact work. We tried creating a new mailbox and setting up remote notification on it and it also is not working either. Frustrating, since 8.235 is no longer supported by Mitel. System was rebooted over the weekend as well. No change. Any ideas? Anyone?

What kind of trunks are you using for outgoing access? PRI, POTS?
The # in the Outgoing termination and or Pager Dial String fields can stop the notification from working on a PRI.
I would do a copy and paste of the Primary Message Notification from the known working mailbox to all of the others that need it and then just adjust the pager number accordingly.
