We are getting ready for our first IP installation and programming. Any tips? We are located on a small Island in N.E. Florida and rarely have a customer ask about VOIP applications. However we have a system sold and I just have not had time to play around with the VOIP portion of the SBX.

What part of the VoIP are you going to be doing? Remote phones?

There is a section on the vertical site vconnect that walks you right thru it. Just follow th esteps. Also I always have best luck with a public static ip address and connect the sbx before the customer router/firewall. It really is easy once you have done it a few times
