sentrex1 Member Joined: Jul 2005 Posts: 1,829 ottawa,canada	Hey guys i just started working on my first ip office. i am able to put line appearances on sets no problem. i'm trying to program a line pool out. now when i press 9 it searches for dial tone it doesnt see line 701 i just got that one right now is it thru a short code thanks for the help

You have some default short codes to access voice mail. You also find it under AA on the left side, but you have to have Embedded checked as your voice mail.
