Hey guys
i just started working on my first ip office.
i am able to put line appearances on sets no problem.
i'm trying to program a line pool out.
now when i press 9 it searches for dial tone it doesnt see line 701 i just got that one right now
is it thru a short code

just got it figured out use short code and outgoing line group

Why line appearances? IPO is a terrible key system, but a great PBX.

If you have line appearances why do you need a line pool?

cause i'm just playing with it so that i can do both but how do i access the built in voice mail system i dont see any options on the left menu???

can you create short codes as well like what if i would want to use digit 8 as a line pool or you only have what is installed

I use IPO together with Virtual PBX ( this one ) and it works fine.

which version are you playing with. You have some default short codes to access voice mail. You also find it under AA on the left side, but you have to have Embedded checked as your voice mail.
