I am trying to test an APM on a GLX+. I get the 3 CO's on the APM and the 2 GLX+ Ports, but I have nothing on the SLT's. I assume they would use the first pair where Ext20 & 21 go, but I only have the GLX manual not the plus. Is there anything I need to do in prgramming to activate the SLT ports?

You have to initialize the APM card put the program switch on then using a single line set on one of the APM ports dial *09 then dial #19 after you hear conformation tone hang up.
you now have to place a call into your system from the outside and let it ring 2 times to synchronize the flashing rates for the single line ports.
Now from one of the APM ports lift the handset and dial #3 and hang up wait about 20 sec. and do the same with the 2nd port even if you are only using one or you may have problems.
That should do it for you. AlManzo

Went back to do the steps you told me and when I turned the system back on, all ports were working. I still did the steps you left me and thanks for the help!
