Customer has ICS 0x32 and a NAM 4.0. Everythings seems to be working fine, however we can't seem to figure out how to access the Gen Delivery Mailbox on a set that has a MB of its own. Is there an easy way that we're not trying??

FEATURE 981 Press OTHER on large display or # on smaller phones.
Login with 1001234 where 100 = G.D and 1234 = password. This is based on 3 digit DN's if it's 2 then use 121234 or 4 then use 10021234 etc.
You can share GD with receptionist if want by simply changing the name of the mailbox and deleting MB 221

Disadvantage is not having an indicator for message waiting for the GD mailbox as you are using it for the set's MW light.
I always put a one or eight button phone somewhere so the GD box has a message waiting light. You can access the GD messages by using OTHER but without a GD light, you don't know there are any messages waiting.
