I have a very busy purchasing department. Frequently they are on more than one call at a time.
Here's what I want to do. If the recepionist (Mary) sees that the salesperson (Martha) is on the phone, Mary needs to announce over Martha's speakerphone that Bill is on park.
Any one got an idea? I thought about whisper, but that comes through the handset.

Your right it comes through the handset but the other party doesn't hear it....??? Other than that not too much you can do...auto icom but they would have to put party on hold for that. Nothing will come over the speaker if she is on the phone...whisper page is about all you have...
