Hi,
Just wondering how to add an extension to "station monitor" on the programming database. Since when I do 321 code from my phone to listen to this particular extension it comes up with error " silent mode monitor rejected"

The extension that you would like to monitor needs to be a member of the monitor hunt group, or any hunt group that you are set up as the supervisor for.

So is it devices and future codes > hunt groups ? i get lost after that, do you what I should do next?

ok I got it:
System
Devices and feature codes
Hunt groups
"monitor from extension" (which was manually named)
Members
right click to add the extension
and it worked.
