The search should be working what type of problem are you having?

If you are searching for anything less then 4 letters try putting an * after the search word.

Example:

PRI*

Merritt

Business Telephones & Equipment + Commercial Audio/Video Products
Commercial Communications . . . Turner, Maine
If it was built after 1980 don't expect it to work right.

Try specific search - "Advanced"/"category" - which of course most people would use (specific phone system brand search).

Try searching "DK40" in Toshiba ...no results

I have to agree that the search function worked much better on the old site. The new sites search function seems a little clunky.

Use quotes and astrisk. "DK40*" will get you the results you're looking for. Didn't try it but DK40* would probably do the same.

The search feature is faster than the old board, but we'll need to live with what it needs to get the results needed. When using advanced search you have to use the dates.

Just tried: "kx-tvs50*" / "kx-tvs 50*" and "kx-tvs50" in both Panasonic and Voice mail and no results came up in either search

Like any search engine sometimes you have to experiment to find what works. In this case leave the 50 off.

Not to offend anybody ...but this new setup is horrible..it doesn't work most of the time with "quotes" and or asterisk....there's priceless archived information that cannot be found now. Very tragic.

Like I said above, sometimes you have to experiment. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll see if I can find it.
