I have a flash vm and i need to program sta users.440/150,151 etc are programmed and I need to reset all this and program my extensions and voice can any one help?
I get into admin but dont have any passwords after that, is there anyway to initalize all this with out int the system?

Why would you want to remove 150, 151, etc., from 440? You obviously have an STS system and those are the correct settings.

You can only reinitialize the VM card by connecting directly to it. Reinitializing the KSU won't affect VM user passwords.

As Dave said, there's only so much that we can offer in the public forums. As he said, your STS should have extensions 150 through 157 programmed as voice mail ports in flash 65, but that should be there by default unless this has been altered.

To get into the flash voice mail card and initialize, a password is definitely required. Without this, the card will need to be sent in to factory repair for complete initialization.

I wish that we had an easier answer for you. Believe me, I've been in the same boat many times.
