How do I set up automatic/prime line selection on out going calls? Customer wants to lift the handset and get a line group automatic for outgoing calls.

Program a pool button on the phones. Program off hook preference to that button. By going off hook the customer will receive a dial tone for the last line in the group.

Set the pool key then dial 691 plus the button number where pool is located.

How do you program delay ringing on co lines. We need to have the calls ring at a couple of stations after 5 rings. I'm guessing call coverage is the answer?
