Well guys/gals I dont get here often and dont work on Nortel often enough to remember everything. Have a customer with a Norstar compact ics ver 2.0. Well they used to have dial 9 Centrex lines and have recently switched to non Centrex lines. There is a button programmed on all phones to pickup line pool A and dial the leading 9 for them. Well when I went to reprogram the button as just Line pool A the system wont let me do this. Line Pool A is setup as code 9 under "Access codes". When I try to reprogram the button using "feature *1. I press the button then "intercom" 9 for Line pool A but the system wants me to press an additional digit and if I dont it says "button erased". Not sure what to do from here? Thanks.
