i am using NEC ASpire system. i am able to view the last 10 dialed number. but my CEO wants the total list of the dialed numbers on the particular day. can someone help me on this.

You will need to get a call accounting program and computer to keep track. Call your NEC rep.

I'm not an expert on ASPIRE, and I don't know if this will help, but:

The ASPIRE machines I've worked on, programs VERY similarly to the UX and SV

- on the UX5000 just activate and collect the SMDR

- on the SV8100, purchase the SMDR license

I run/collect our office SV8100 SMDR 100% of the time - Each month I store that file, and create a new one for the next month

If a report is needed, I simply open the capture file for that particular time/date/line in Excel. Parse it as needed.

It may be that simple on the ASPIRE. I just checked an ASPIRE, but obviously haven't tried it - check 15-01-03 - I don't recall the port, but I use PuTTy (a free download, you could use HyperTerminal or similar) and connect to the IP/port (for the port, might try possibly 8182)
