Customer wants to extend number of rings before the AA picks up from 3 to 6 in day mode on incoming calls.
Seems like a simple fix, but I've been through the tech manual 5 times and still can't find that particular timer. I found one in VM general settings called "AA no Answer Time" but that is for when AA xfers to an ext. not when it picks up.
What stupid little, seemingly insignificant, hidden deep in a help file, detail am I missing?
Thanks, Rich

If you're answering calls at a single extension, program the No Answer timer at the extension:
*23 + Type (0 = ICM; 1 = Outside; 2 = Both) + Ext/VAA/UCD Number + * + Time. (Time in seconds, about 4 seconds per ring)
If you're answering the calls with a UCD group, you can adjust the time on the UCD Group page in the browser programmer.
Sometimes the thoughts in my head get so bored, they go for a stroll through my mouth. This is rarely a good thing.
