I have an interchange 12.0 with Call Center. ECS. The reporting on teh call center stopped working. The report server is up and running. I can log in as supervisor and see real time info fine but when I run reports it says no info. Anybody know of this problem?

I seem to remember there was a problem with the Java or Tomcat software level being upgraded and causing this. I had to load the original CD on a new drive to find the correct version but failed to document or write that down. Only the original version will work.

Do you mean the original software on the interchange or the report server PC?
