I have a NEC DSX80 system which utilizing a lynksys wrt54gl router which isn't pass through any SIP traffic We put up wireshark capture on it but can not recieve aany SIP traffic. We are in need of using a remote Voip phone which now registers and works 90% of the time but every 6.5 to 7 minutes it will reset and display SIP server lost We are sure that the problem points at the Lynsys router. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Have you set up the proper port forwarding for SIP traffic to the DSX IP address within the router? Port 5060 and possibly even 1024-1215? https://www.necdsx.com/docs/dita/dsx_v3_complete/index_voip_nat.htmlNote that the guide specifies system software level 3.2.0 for NAT Traversal to work.
