I have a 7100 that I'm trying to register with an ITSP. We are authenticating using static IP instead of username/password. SIP service available shows yes in MMC8X7. Inbound calls route correctly. Outbound calls fail. The carrier has sent me the trace from their switch and the reason the call is failing is because the 7100 is sending the phone number in MMC3X1 @ and then the IP address of the ITSP. The ITSP is expecting the phone number@ and then the external IP address of the 7100. I've been trying for 3 days via distributor and Samsung support to get an answer to see what we can do to send our IP in the SIP header invite but having absolutely no luck so far.
I've had good luck with the Officeserv line and other ITSP's in the past. Not sure if this is just 'the way it is' with Samsung or if any of you SIP guru's might have run into this before and have any thoughts.
