I have one phone that isn't showing the caller id on incoming calls. It stores the caller id info which is accessible through the soft key but does not display on incoming calls. Can't find anything different in how this phone is configured from the other phones in the system which work.
Any ideas? And please dumb down your answers, I'm not a comm guy and struggle with this system (see sig).

Is that phone programmed to ring? CID will only show on phones that ring.
