call

When listening to a voicemail message, then pressing 5 to call the person back, it seems to have full supervision as in it doesn't connect the caller to you until it detects the call was answered.

This is a little awkward because the person is usually saying, "hello? hello? -CLICK> hello?!? Yes, um..."

Also, if the call is unanswered, the voicemail message menu just comes back on after so many seconds.

Is there a place to change this so that the supervision is only partial?

It sounds like it might be a timing issue. You can use the train feature in the station block of the voicemail to get the timing problem worked out.
