We had a point to point fractional T1 installed. There are no lights on the Smart jack or NIU(verizons demarcation).
Provisioner says we dont have to call in to have them turn it up, lights should just be on. He put a trouble tix in for us. Does this sound right?

Sounds like it's not connected. What brand of Smartjack and what lights are there?

Its a Verizon circuit. Either way, they are sending a repair tech out today or will fix from C.O. Thank you
Since it was point to point, wasn't sure if we had to do something at the other point, to have lights come on
