Hello All - Replaced a DK40I after Sandy swept thru. After using 91-9 to initialize, ports 000 thru 003 were dead. Before 91-9 those ports worked. Any clue? Thanks in advance

I would look at the amphenol to see that it is seated properly and then run the programming again, extremely rare to see a tosh do a dump like that, usually a mechanical problem more than the tosh itself.
You can run the software check program and see if that shows anything.

Come to think of it and I apologize for not thinking of it before, were the jacks wet? Did you bench test this? Maybe the previous ksu is good and the wiring is bad at the jacks, of course if the DK40 was under salt water with power on then well no it is beyond hope.

Had all x-conn off all ports. Puched test jack on 000 thru 003, nothing. I do hear tones when i depress buttons on those ports, so i am getting juice. Also reset the power on the breakers next to power supply.Again those ports worked BEFORE 91-9 was done. Strange

Make sure your amp cable is connected good, I have had the same problem and the amp cable had a screw that needed to be backed out on the top to get the cable to connect good.

Remove the power from the DK and strap the battery to the off position for about a minute and then put it back and power it on.

What was actually underwater that you know of?
Did you test the old ksu back at your place or are you sure it was just destroyed?
As Steve says, the physical connection of the amp not fitting in tight is one I've had before and did you run program 00, the software check?
Could also be a bad cable, I always have a 25 pair RJ11 breakout block in the car from Graybar, a lifesaver for testing at the ksu.
