I am not aware that it changed. Could you please let me know what the default password is to get into 4.60b? I have searched around and cannot seem to locate.

Nameless, could you send the instructions for defaulting the DM and IT passwords? I can log into the MMC 800.

Loopy - Sorry No. You will have to either contact your dealer (or a dealer in your area) to change it or contact samsung direct about it.

It was my local dealer who got into this pickle.

What is with these dingbats who can't leave passcodes at factory default OR put them on a label and scotch tape them to the KSU?
Do they think they will never be fired or run over by a truck?
Do they not understand that the person who paid for the KSU OWNS the passwords and not the dingbat tech who can't be located or forgot what the password was that was changed?

We have an a-hole who left the company and convinced me to let him keep his cell number and change it over to his name.
Since then, he has been taking customer calls and doing service and not telling them he doesn't work here anymore.
Yeah, we've changed passwords...

But you can still post the password on the ksu so someone coming in can have it, that was my point.

Yeah, but that would defeat the purpose of protection from an old, rogue employee...

You let old rogue employees come into where your ksu is at?

I'm a vendor, authorized dealer. The customer unwittingly called the dude on his hold cell phone number (which he duped me into keeping), he'll take the service call and not tell them he doesn't work here anymore and then give them his new business card.
I call that B.S.
If a customer wants their password, we'll default the password for free but we won't give them ours.
