Ok, I am having an issue with our SBX at the office. I know it is a database issue, I am just not sure. My station 107 will not dial out. Every phone is in the same COS and none of the others have this issue. I can initialize the system via switch 4 and the reset button, and the issue does not show up until I reload my database. The question I have is, when I do this initialization, does this wipe out the greetings and all in the voice mail? I would not mind reprogramming from scratch, but the secretary is out and I really don't want to record the greetings myself.

I would start with line Group programing. Make sure you have 2 or more lines in the group. If there are lines programed to the group with no dialtone it won't work.

Thank You

After a little testing it appears that system greetings will not be erased, but extension mailbox greetings/messages will be.
