From one day to the next,
my client has 6 lines -
3 ring into the school
3 ring into the church.
I have a dial 9 group that picks the highest line, but currently in only picks as far up the chain as 6.
and when I hit intercom then line 4, 5, or 6 on flex buttons . We cannot pick those lines from some phones. However I can pick them on others.
Example port 021 works, and phone on port 008 doesnt. however when I compare programs 39, and *15, and any other I can think of they all match up.

Thoughts?
