I would like to run a report that lists any extensions that have forwarding on and as to which destination they are currently forwarded to.
A new person has taken over an office and they are getting calls for the old person that used to sit there constantly. They people calling said they used the dial by name but I updated the names in the Axxess db studio so that can't be it. The only thing I can think of is someone has a number forwarding to this office because it is not in a hunt group either. The person that used to sit there moved to another office (extension starts with 5xxx) vs the main office where extensions start with 2xxx. Each site has an Axxess system with an IRPC card to talk to each other over the wan. The voice processor is in the home office only.
