Any one have the caller ID incoming call redirect working on the sv8300? Or have a cheat sheet for programing they could share?

I have only done it a few times. There is a section in the Features manual & the Programming manual.

Oh yeah, it worked great. We would send callers from certain numbers to custom menus based on the CID.
