Dial into wizard, port light comes on and then drops off. (all ports) Nothing from unit.

Is the dongle all the way in?
What does the lights do when you cycle the power?

Dongle plugged in all the way and tight. When I power up, the power light and light next to it come on and then goes out but the pwr light stays on. The port light do not come on at all.On pwr up they should come on and then go out, right. The station card is good. SLP in port and dial number phone rings. Tony
